Casco Sales is selling it's Web Site,  Active Since 1985, 25 years.

It has served me well but it is time I retire. This web site has paid for my golf club membership and has helped with college tuitions.

It will be sold to the highest bidder. those experienced in some
golf caddy business will have advantages but remember. I started
no experience at all..
                     

                          Suggestions for success:

   1. Foremost, you should be motivated to make money.
   2. The best part of this business you will not have to
        carry inventory. How good is that!  You will sell to
        every state. Never see your product or meet your
        customer. Sell via the internet. Every company is
        drifting in that direction. Advertising can be free.
      In addition, search engines do find this site very easily.        
  3. It helps if you can offer golf caddy repair advice.
  4. Other companies have overseas operators. I always
      close each order with a personal phone call. 
  5. I built my own web site using Frontpage. This allows me to
      change web pages as often as I want.  Being nimble is good.
  6. Again you do not carry inventory.  Orders are dropped
      shipped from the factory to customers. e.g. Hawaii, Canada
      and the US mainland. Simplicity is good. My office is my
      PC and a cell phone. No secretary, no shipping, no
      incoming phone calls. This is great! If the product arrives
     damaged, customers call the factory, not you.
 7. Best of all, you can broaden and add any other products to
     this established web site.  It's a road to financial success that
     already has been paved.
